1. ELIGIBILITY

By using this BTAChain Site and entering into this User Agreement, you must 18 years of age or older. User must have the capacity to enter into this User Agreement and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions. 2. CREATE AN ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Btachain disclaims any and all promises, representations and warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, data accuracy, system integration, title, non-infringement and/or quiet enjoyment, and any services provided by btachain are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We also do not make any representations or warranties that access to the services shall be continuous, uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or the information you store or transfer through our services may become irretrievably lost or corrupted or temporarily unavailable due to a variety of causes, etc. You are solely responsible for backing up and maintaining duplicate copies of any information you store or transfer through our services.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights comprised in the information, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, data compilations, scripts, software, technology, sound or any other materials or works found in the Website shall vest in and remain with Btachain.

11. TRADEMARKS

The terms of BTAChain, logo, product and service names, designs and etc are trademarks of the BTAChain. We strictly prohibit anyone for using and / or reproducing this material without the written and written permission of the owner of this website.

12. MISCELLANEOUS

1. Force Majeure

   If by reasons in whole or in part a Force Majeure Event, either you or us is delayed and prevented from complying with this User Agreement, then such delay or non-compliance shall not be deemed to be a breach of this User Agreement, and no loss or damage shall be claimed by you or BTAChain by that the reason.

   Any events beyond reasonable control including but not limited to, floods, extreme weather conditions, earthquakes, or other divine destiny, fire, war, rebellion, riots, labor disputes, accidents, government actions, communications, power outages, failure in bank performance, or damage to equipment or software including network splits or other matters such as unforeseen changes in the computer network on which the Service relies (each, an "Event of Force Majeure").

2. Amendment

   We reserve the right to make changes or revise to this terms at any time, in our sole discretion. These terms will become effective immediately on the date they are posted to the Services unless we state otherwise via our notice of such amended Terms.

3. Assignment
